FxMagnetic Loyalty Reward Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The FxMagnetic Loyalty Reward Draw (“the Draw”) is a limited-time promotional event organized by MB Signal Magician as part of the FxMagnetic Breakout Trader pre-sale campaign.
The Draw applies only to purchases made during the first 72 hours of the pre-sale period (from February 27th, 2026 until March 1st, 2026 at 23:59 UTC).
All eligible participants will be entered into the Draw for a chance to win additional loyalty rewards.
This promotion is not a lottery, gambling activity, or game of chance as defined under applicable law. No purchase is required to participate.
2. Eligibility
The Draw is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, except where prohibited by local laws.
Eligible participants include:
A. Pre-Sale Purchasers (Annual Plan)
Participants who purchase the FxMagnetic Breakout Trader Annual Plan during the first 72 hours of the pre-sale.
Each eligible Annual Plan purchaser receives one (1) entry into the Draw.
B. Pre-Sale Purchasers (Lifetime Plan)
Participants who purchase the FxMagnetic Breakout Trader Lifetime Plan during the first 72 hours of the pre-sale.
Each eligible Lifetime purchaser receives three (3) entries into the Draw.
3. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
No purchase is required to enter the Draw.
To enter without purchasing, individuals may send one (1) email to:

Subject: “FxMagnetic Breakout Loyalty Entry”
Body: Full Name, Country, and a short statement (1–2 sentences) explaining their interest in structured breakout trading.
Only one (1) free entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual, email address, IP address, or household may be disqualified.
Free entries must be received before March 1st, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
Free entry participants are eligible for the same prizes as purchasing participants but will not receive access to the FxMagnetic Breakout Trader software unless a purchase is completed.
4. Loyalty Reward Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
Prizes include:

1-Year Access to Funded Trader Mastermind - One (1) Winner:
FxMagnetic Suite – 1-Year License (access to all FxMagnetic apps)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Draw and Winner Notification
Winners will be selected randomly within 72 hours after the 72-hour loyalty window closes.
Winners will be notified via the email used at purchase or entry.
If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, an alternate participant may be selected.
6. General Conditions
MB Signal Magician reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion due to legal, technical, or operational reasons.
This Draw is void where prohibited.
7. Data Privacy
Participants agree that submitted information may be used solely for administration of the Draw. Winners’ first name and country may be used in promotional materials unless anonymity is requested.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
This Draw is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or related to this Draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
