Include as much info as possible
If you contact support team to report a problem, please include:
- List of the trade numbers from the MT4 account involved in the incident.
- Log files from the MT4 located at \Data Folder\MQL4\Logs\
- Log files from the MT4 located at \Data Folder\logs\
- Screenshot of the MT4 or the chart with the indicator visible.
“Data Folder” can be opened from your MT4 platform by going to “File -> Open Data Folder“.

Please read the instruction manual and watch the videos if that comes with the software. This will help you fully understand how the software works. I know for many of you reading instruction manual might seem to be boring or a waste of time, but I want you to take this seriously.
