If the EA is working on a chart, it will start and finish trades by following signals from the indicator. Two things that can affect the results are 'slippage' and 'spread'. This means the results can differ if there is a bigger spread or slippage, especially when the EA places a trade while news is being shared. If you are not doing 'scalping' (making many small trades in one day to get a little profit from each one), these changes should not matter too much in the long run.
